Initiate Your Request
Log in to your UNIQ account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the electronic device in its original box along with all cables and components, then secure it within a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location for tracked delivery to our inspection facility.
Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will verify the device functionality and condition within 3-5 business days of receipt, after which your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
